Driving License and Age

Minimum age requirement is 23 with at least 3 years of valid national or international driving licence.

Drivers are required to present a valid passport or a valid ID card and a valid driving license.

Additional Driver

There is no additional driver fee.

In order to have additional person drive the car along with the original renter, the additional driver must be registered in the rental agreement at the time of issuing contract. The additional driver must present a valid passport or a valid ID card and a valid driving license.

Car Rental Period

Car rental periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis. Any rental period less than 24 hours also requires a whole day rate.

Rent-a-Car Delivery and Collection

There is no fee for rent-a-car delivery and collection at Varna Airport , railway station Varna , Varna bus station , Burgas Airport , railway station Burgas , central bus station Burgas , hotels or home adress in Varna and Burgas.

Zebra Rent A Car realizes car rental service 24 hours within Varna and Burgas .

There is no delivery , no collection and no out of hours charge for Varna and Burgas.

For car rentals in other cities and sea resorts a minimum fee applies.

Delays

At airport locations and at railway stations delays are monitored by Zebra Rent a car.

Reservation

To book a car you have to fill out the reservation form and we reply it within 24 hours . Please fill all the details of car rental if possible. At the end of the reservation process you receive a confirmation by e-mail with a resrevation number and contact telephone number.

Insurances

All cars have Insurance covering Third Party Liability , Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Vehicle Theft Waiver (VTW), Vehicle Fire Waiver (VFW) ,Personal Accident Insurance (PAI).The insurances are including in the car rental rates.

You will no require to pay anything additional for insurance.

Rent-a-car rates and Method of payment

Rent-a-car rates are in Eur.

The total cost of the rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car by cash or by a major credit card ( Visa or Master).If you prefer to pay by credit card, please advise at the time of booking.

Deposit

Renter must leave refundable deposit when the car is picked up. The deposit is different for the different rent-a-car classes: for class A ,class B and class C -100 Eur , for class D - 200 Eur.The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental.

Fuel

The vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full . Fuel is not included in the car rental price.Fuel consumption is payble by the client

  • If you need a baby/child seat or snow chains, please order them at the time of booking.

Rent-a-car equipment

The cars of Zebra Rent a car are equipped with obligatory equipment required by the Traffic Control Authorities.

Travelling abroad

The vehicles of Zebra Rent A Car can not be taken abroad.
